About LifeShip

LifeShip is a space technology company dedicated to preserving humanity’s most meaningful data beyond Earth.

LifeShip specializes in ultra-durable digital and physical archival systems designed for spaceflight and long-term survival in extreme environments. Their mission is to create off-world backups of human culture, memory, and legacy — starting with the Moon.

LifeShip has successfully delivered multiple payloads to space and is responsible for the manufacturing, launch integration, and lunar delivery of the Memories on the Moon archive, including the pyramid-shaped monument that will house the collection permanently on the lunar surface.

How the Partnership Works

Endora collects the memories for long-term preservation
LifeShip encodes, protects, and launches the archive into space
• The archive is sealed inside a pyramid shaped lunar monument
• Once placed, it remains permanently on the Moon

This is a one-way journey.
What is sent becomes part of human history.

Risks & Challenges

Spaceflight is inherently complex, and we believe in transparency.

Potential risks include:

Launch Delays
Rocket launches can shift weeks or months due to technical or scheduling factors. While we are targeting a 2027 lunar mission, delays are a normal part of space exploration.

Mission Changes or Cancellation
In rare cases, payloads can be removed due to mission changes. LifeShip has successfully delivered multiple space payloads, and we do not anticipate this outcome.

Launch or Mission Failure
Space missions carry risk. That said, we have high confidence in mission success.

If the Archive Does Not Reach the Moon
If the collection does not reach the Moon for any reason, LifeShip will make a best-effort attempt to fly the archive on a future lunar mission or alternate space destination.
